 *Has your brush arrived with hat hair? It's normal during the packing and posting process that your bristles may come a little squashed. To fluff them up, simply run them under some warm water, then blot dry, and use a hairdryer to remove remaining moisture. 

*To clean your brush, Run the head under warm water, massage some shampoo through the bristles, and rinse thoroughly. Blot excess water with a towel, then use a hairdryer to completely dry the bristles.
